I have been an entrepreneur since 2004 — over 20 years of building things in an emerging market, mostly from scratch, often without a playbook. That experience is what I bring into every mentorship engagement.

The Journey

My first company was Orange Graphic, an animation studio for architectural visualization. Not glamorous, but it taught me the fundamentals of running a business. From there I spent years deep in the CG and VFX industry, co-founded CG Georgia in 2013 — the first computer graphics association in the country — and helped build up the tech ecosystem from the ground up: over 10 vocational education curricula for colleges, a workshop series for artists, and the first computer graphics festival in Georgia (CG Fest Tbilisi).

In 2015, I went all in on VRex Immersive. We build VR marketing tools for the travel industry — helping travel professionals sell destinations through immersive content rather than static brochures. We were among the first companies globally to go after this space. In 2018, Startup Grind and Google for Startups named us a top 50 startup out of 7,000 worldwide. We took that to their global events — twice in Silicon Valley, once in London. We are still building.

In 2022, I co-founded Neuropilot VR, a startup using virtual reality for mental regulation and cognitive resilience. Our users are athletes, high-stress professionals, and entrepreneurs — people who need to perform under pressure and want something more effective than a breathing app. Neuropilot delivers structured five-minute immersive VR sessions built around the TDT method (a proprietary guided imagery protocol developed by Maia Tskitishvili).

Mentorship and Teaching

I have been teaching entrepreneurship to aspiring founders since 2015 and have mentored dozens of entrepreneurs across programs in Georgia and beyond. Everything I teach is grounded in what I am actively living — running two startups, navigating investor conversations, building teams, surviving hard periods.

Programs I have worked with:

  • USAID YES Georgia — Young Entrepreneurs School
  • CENN — Startup training programs
  • RDFG — Regional innovative startup projects
  • GITA — Multiple accelerator programs and initiatives
  • KIU / GITA — Startup Summer School (co-created, 5 cohorts, 200+ applicants per year)
  • TSU — Startup pre-acceleration program
  • Startup Bootcamp Georgia — Entrepreneur in Residence (2026)

I am also a learner. I actively seek out mentors, ask uncomfortable questions, and try to stay genuinely curious — not as a talking point, but because it is the only way I know how to keep moving forward.
